Tear out a worn-out surface, or overlay one that still has a solid base. We'll tell you straight which option makes sense.
Cracks, potholes, edge crumbling — we fix the problem instead of just covering it up, and protect the surface so it lasts.
Parking lots, private roads, HOAs, resorts, and large properties — including striping, signage, and ongoing maintenance.

We make our own hot mix. That means tighter quality control and no supplier delays.
Clear quotes, no surprise add-ons. If a repair will do, we'll say so instead of selling you a full replacement.
We show up when we say we will and don't disappear after the deposit.
Family-owned and -operated. The people who answer the phone are responsible for the work.
We come out, measure, walk through what you want, and give you a written quote — usually within a few days.

Based out of Union Grove, we work throughout Walworth County and Southeast Wisconsin.
It depends on size, shape, what's underneath the existing surface, and access. Most projects fall in a fairly predictable range — we'll come out, measure, and give you a written quote so you're not guessing.
Late spring through early fall is ideal in Wisconsin — warmer ground temps mean better compaction and a longer-lasting surface. We schedule work throughout the season; the sooner you call, the more flexibility you have on dates.
If the base is solid and the issues are surface-level (cracks, small potholes, fading), repair and sealcoating often makes more sense. If the base is failing or the surface is heavily alligator-cracked, replacement is usually the better long-term call. We'll give you the honest answer.
Most residential driveways are paved in a single day, with a couple of days of curing before you can drive on it. Larger commercial jobs are scoped during the estimate. We'll walk you through the timeline up front.
